BENCHMARK run up the CHALLENGING Chamonix VK route | Operation CCC at UTMB | Ep 1 | Run4Adventure
It's time to get Liga ready for her EPIC mountain challenge taking on the 100km of the CCC at UTMB. I thought it would be a good idea to start her Chamonix training block off with a benchmark run up the stunning but technical VK route out of town. This will give us a good idea of where Liga's fitness is and we can revisit this route later in the block to gauge how her training has gone. We should see big improvements after our time in the mountains and this should help give Liga lots of confidence going in to the CCC.
