TINY HOME TREE HOUSE AIRBNB BUILD BEGINS!!!
They say without a strong foundation that you'll have trouble creating anything of value.. WELL, if that truly is the case then we won't have any problem whatsoever on getting a substantial return on our investment from the Treehouse Airbnb! In this video you'll see how I used both 14 & 16ft power poles, tractor, and an open willingness to embrace the sketch to erect the 9 power poles that will form the foundation of the main platform.
This was easily one of the most difficult job's I've ever had building something when you consider the gravity of what could possibly go wrong. From the power poles coming crashing down, tractor tipping due to the hill & weight of the poles when the bucket was fully extended, not to mention the fact that soaking wet as this was all completed in the pouring rain. But then again.. With great risk, comes great reward!!
Power poles were sunk into 5 ft holes drilled with a Groundhog Auger. First 3ft with a 16" bit and remaining 2 with a 12" bit (even though 10% of total height +2ft only required 3.6ft)
