How To Turn Off Speech Recognition could not start
I got this notification every time I startup my PC, "Speech Recognition Error.
Speech Recognition could not start
Make sure your audio hardware is working properly and check your audio configuration in the Audio Devices and Sound Themes control panel."
Speech recognition can only support if your is PC connected to the mike. For example, a laptop can support speech recognition as it has an inbuilt mike system.
Don't worry. We can turn off the notification as shown in this video.
