Pratip Chattopadhyay, Ph.D., develops cutting-edge tools to peer into the immune system, including 18-color flow cytometry, at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Intramural Research Program (IRP). His research aims to better understand how the immune system responds to HIV infection and vaccination. Dr. Chattopadhyay is a Staff Scientist in the ImmunoTechnology Section of the Vaccine Research Center (VRC), part of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
