It is good to do pushups as a straight set, but it may be more effective to alternate with abs exercises to secure more rest time.
If you are lacking in exercise intensity, you can add a load such as a weight vest and increase your rest time.
If you have difficulty with pike pushups, you can replace them with incline pushups, and if you have dumbbells or barbells, it will be more effective to train your shoulders with shoulder presses.
