This special dish is one of the most delicious meat dishes ever. To make it, we start by chopping the meat and frying it. Then, we cook it with water and onions and finally add spices and buttermilk. We let the meat cook on low heat for a few hours and serve it with rice. This delightful and unique dish is one of the famous dishes of Talash land and has many fans.
