Match Fishing 2024 | Gold Valley Lakes | Open Match | 31/07/2024
I swapped the office for a lake last week and headed over to Gold Valley Lakes at Aldershot for their midweek match on Gold Lake. Peg 22 was the spot for the day and while I liked the look of it the islands have been producing fish so when Lynas drew peg 9 I knew I would have to try and push my peg and look for 150lb+
It wasn't to be for me today but I had a great fun match (despite losing 20lb of fish which is unusually high for me) but hats off to Lynas for a superb performance catching 180lb, well done mate.
