Franklin Falls in Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest
Franklin Falls is a 2-mile hike along Denny Creek and the south fork of the Snoqualmie River in Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. It is a very popular day hike. Please subscribe to our channel if you enjoy hiking in our park and public lands.
For this hike, you will need to have a Interagency Pass to park in the lot or you will need to pay for parking. You will also want to plan to arrive early in the day so you can get a place to park. There is no parking along the roads.
The hike is easy with not much elevation gain. There is a bit of a "scramble" to get down the rocks at the end. The falls are actually three separate tiers, giving them a total drop of 135 feet. However, only the last and largest drop can be seen from the trail. At 70 feet, Franklin Falls is a spectacular sight to see, with its best flows between April and July.
