Duffy boat lithium conversion San Diego
Not Sponsored. DCB installs two 48V 96Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate deep cycle batteries into a Duffy 22. Sixteen 6V flooded lead acid batteries are removed. The job took two technicians approx 7 hours to finish the job. A Victron 48V to 12V DC-DC converter was installed to operate the 12V accessories. A new Dakota 15A charger was installed because the original Delta Q charger (with built in DC-DC converter) was non operational.
Labor varies on boat.
