Open a photo which contain blown out sky.

Select gradient adjustment and choose sky blue colors.

To reverse the order of colors in the gradient fill, select Reverse.

Change gradient blending to multiply.

To move the gradient: mouse over on the gradient, simply click and drag.

Now duplicate background layer and move to top

Take magic wand tool and select white sky.

We need to remove the white sky, so inverse the selection SHIFT + CTRL + I.

Add layer mask to the current layer.
