H Dropping in 4 London accents (Cockney, SSBE, Estuary and MLE) mini tutorials. This is another video in this series on London accents, this time focussing on one feature - the H drop. I have used one example sentence said in different ways - you should also give it a try! Plus, there is some bonus content on H insertion or putting h's where they don't belong.
Let me tell you a bit more about each part. First is the Cockney accent from the east end of London. Then there is SSBE or Standard Southern British English, the slightly posh accent from southern England. Then there is the Estuary accent which has spread beyond London and MLE or Multi-cultural London English.
Plus, I have a question for you during the video. Can you work out which what I'm saying? It's tricky but have a go - the answer is in the video near the end.
