Being a landlord is tough. Being an Airbnb host is much easier. When you are a landlord you have tenants that are destroying your property. If you're a typical landlord you don't go into your property too often. With an Airbnb you have people checking in and out weekly. You are able to check on your properties, clean them and check on their condition so it's a big difference. With Airbnb, every time someone checks out you've got your cleaning crew going in there and checking on the property. Any damages to the property are billed directly to them. Airbnb will give you 3 times the cash flow of a long term rental, your place will not get trashed, and you will be able to hold and maintain the value of your property. With an Airbnb, you also get utility meaning you, your family, and your friends can actually stay at your Airbnb. Owning an Airbnb is a great way to increase your cash flow.
