G'Day! Here's a quick rundown of Algeth'ar Academy on heroic difficulty.
At the start of the dungeon, be sure to grab a buff from one of the Dragonflight Recruiters by talking to them.
The BLACK dragonflight provides a crit buff, BLUE gives you mastery, BRONZE for haste, RED for versatility, and you can grab GREEN for a healing taken buff.
VAXAMUS has four main things to watch out for:
1) Dodge the frontal.
2) Drop the blue circle somewhere out of the way.
3) Don't let the balls touch the boss.
4) Don't stand in bad.
OVERGROWN ANCIENT has two main things to watch out for:
1) When adds are spawned, kill them before they're awakened.
2) When the big add spawns, interrupt it's Healing Touch.
CRAWTH has three main things to watch out for:
1) Dodge the frontal.
2) Stop casting when you have the circle on you.
3) Pick up golden orbs and run them into the big yellow circle. Use your Extra Action Button to toss it into the goal (no aiming required).
Scoring 3 goals in the fire goal will stun the boss and make her take 70% more damage.
Scoring via the wind goal will summon tornadoes and push everyone around. Grab orbs to become immune to the pushback.
The final boss, ECHO OF DORAGOSA, has three main things to watch out for:
1) When the boss sucks everyone in, gtfo right after.
2) The boss will turn to face you for two reasons:
Either to drop a bomb on you, which you need to drop somewhere safe ... or for a frontal attack.
If she follows you when you move, it's the bomb.
3) The bomb leaves an arcane circle on the ground that eventually explodes into smaller orbs. Dodge these.
