Critical Path Method - Backward Pass
Once we complete the Early start, we found the ES and EF of all activities and found the project duration given by the EF of the last activities or activities without successors. In case there are more activities without successors, the project duration is given by the highest EF time.
The backward pass is when we calculate back from the project end date (eventually the project end date given by the project duration). The LF time of an activity is the latest time an activity can finish without changing the project duration, the LS time is the latest time an activity can start without changing the duration of the project.
