A simple yet direct 40 years-old song, about the world we lived in then and now... Only Păunescu's genius could have had such premonition and clairvoyance. George Nicolescu, whom we sang in chorus with at the "Cenaclul Flacăra" shows, passed away this year but this song will remain for everlasting hope in a better world. This should be the anthem of the Freedom of people everywhere, of the refusal to be cast in the same mould, to erase their identity by denying the values with which they were raised from generation to generation, against leveling from the bottom and so many other ineptitudes with which the "medias for the masses" insistently strive to brainwash us every day:
