Your ZZ Plant Is Probably Still Alive
In this video I show how a ZZ plant which appears completely dead can fully recover within a few months. ZZ plants (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) are extremely drought resistant and can survive for many months without water. However in order to survive they will kill off all their above ground growth to preserve what little water is left in their rhizomes. Once watered even a dead looking plant can quickly make a full recovery.
