Two police cars collide at an intersection in Greenville, Miss., luckily the town's finest citizen journalist has arrived on the scene.
YouTube user "buddyhuggins" narrates the aftermath of the incident after discovering that "the police department is all upset about something." Better yet, he does it in the most amazing accent you've heard.
