If apps and games not open in your windows 10 PC then follow this tutorial.
First go to windows search bar search here "services" then find 'windows update" . Right click on it and stop it. Then go "This PC" "Local disk:C" "windows" softwareDistribution" . Then delete these two folders
1.Datastore
2.Download
Then empty recycle bin and restart your PC.
