Hello there, this foam kit was so relaxing to put together and I just love the sounds that the foam and the stickers make. I really hope you will enjoy this and feel more relaxed afterwards!

DISCLAIMER: This is an ASMR video which is meant to produce a tingling feeling in the back of your head and down your spine, leaving you feeling relaxed.BUT: Not everybody will find this kind of video relaxing! Relaxation is a very personal and unique experience and for some people this kind of video might even induce stress or anxiety, so if this doesn't make you feel relaxed, please don't watch it! I don't want anybody to be stressed or anxious while they watch this, and I know there are many more ways to experience relaxation! Also, although I am a trained music therapist, this has nothing to do with my profession, this is a very different kind of relaxation and should never be considered as therapy by itself.
I am very much aware that this is not for everyone and also, I am open to your suggestions for improving this experience.
