Fatal shooting of bystander remains unsolved after 10 years
Police and Loncar's family are hoping someone steps forward to help identify those responsible for the shooting that happened on August 26th, 2014 outside C Lounge nightclub near Spadina and Wellington. Investigators say Loncar, who was 32 years old, was outside the club to wish a friend Happy Birthday after she finished her shift at a nearby bar.
