DIY Montessori Snack Shelf for my 3 year old
A Montessori snack shelf is the perfect way to help your child grow their independence and have more autonomy. He is able to listen to his body and get a snack or drink when he wants, water his plant each day, and get his own silverware for lunch and dinner. I stock it each morning with the snacks that he can have throughout the day, clean silverware, water, and a cloth to wipe any spills.
I’ve also placed a plant here along with some water so that he can water it each morning. He absolutely loves taking care of his plant and it’s a nice way for him to practice responsibility.
