Ingredients:
Beef meat - 1kg.
Rice - 150 gr. (based on 3 liters of soup)
Bulb onions - 200 gr.
Tomato puree - 300 gr.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Themali red - 2 tablespoons
Adjika - 1 tsp
Chili pepper - 5 gr.
Coriander - 1 tsp with top
Utskho - suneli - 1 tsp with top
Parsley - 20 gr.
Cilantro - 20 gr.
Salt - 21 gr. (based on 3 liters of soup)
