In this video I break down how I build the perfect meal, from scratch, using a diet coaching app that is perfect for bulking (muscle gain), weight loss, general health, and body fat reduction. I have used this app for the months, and have had great success during my bulking phase (gained 12lbs) and now into my cutting phase.

This app uses a three-step meal building process, in which you select the food you want to eat (select most of them from the "approved" foods), and the app tells you HOW MUCH FOOD YOU CAN EAT at that meal. Use a food scale to make it super easy to weigh the food amounts!

What's not in this video is all the other awesome features, like meal check-ins, weigh-ins, weekly food and nutrition reports and updated macros based on your performance the previous week! This also comes with a shopping list feature that tracks the foods you eat on a weekly basis and gives you a weekly shopping list of the foods and amounts you need!

I've use food trackers like Lose It and MyFitnessPal with myself and clients in the past, and while they are fine, I found this one to be superior in the science behind macronutrient timing, and the ability to have the app actually COACH you (it does all the updating and analysis to determine how fast or slow you should be achieving your goals.
