Rather than being changed via balance changes, he was heavily changed based on the meta and new brawlers being added or buffed in the game over time. Why is it that Buzz only had ONE balance change in the game's lifetime so far? Will he get more later on?
Buzz is a unique brawler in brawl stars, in the sense that he has a brand new mechanic for charging his super. And when he gets his super, it's a reverse gene pull that also stuns. Fundamentally, he's very strong. But in practice, he can seem a little weak! Or, he can seem overpowered.
