play order is
The Silver Case, Flower Sun and Rain, Killer7 then The 25th Ward. if you really want to as well, Travis Strikes Again is a pseudo sequel to The 25th Ward. Although definitely play No More Heroes 1 and 2 before Travis Strikes Again as its obviously a spin off title and you probably won't understand much without them.
One thing to note to, the series technically started with Moonlight Syndrome, but that was never localized so The Silver Case is the only western beginning entry point at the moment.
The games are niche for a reason, and didn't do the best critically but give them a chance if you're interested, who knows, maybe they'll be your next favorite.
