Apologize in advance if the video feels unorganized. Expressing my thoughts about this topic without a script made it a bit easier to be more free flowing.

I give my thoughts on why you shouldn't take a remote position as a Junior Developer. Although a bit controversial, I truly believe there is a huge benefit of coming into the office being around experienced developers in the industry.
It is a natural progression in any career to learn from people who are familiar with the industry. By physically being around software engineers with more experience, your skills should grow exponentially!
