Dahi Toast Recipe:
For the Curd Mixture:
Thick Curd - ½ Cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Besan - 1 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
Bread - 4 Slices
For the tadka:
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Green Chilli (Slit) - 2 nos
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the curd mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined
2. Take the bread sliced and dip them in the curd mixture, add it to a pan and cook until the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
3. In a tadka pan pour ghee add mustard seeds, curry leaves and slit green chillies.
4. Pour the tadka on top of the bread and serve hot.
