Step #1:
In this tutorial you will learn how to create a Golden bar Text Effect using Adobe Photoshop like this. So let's go,
Step #2:
Open the Adobe Photoshop. Here I have used the Adobe Photoshop CS6. You can use it or another like Adobe Photoshop CC.
Step #3:
Open the Background image with on of it you want to present the Effect.
Step #4:
Go to the "Horizontal Type tool". And type the text as you want for the golden bar text effect. And apply a bold types font family and font size for the text. And Placed the text in a suitable position.
Step #5:
Here I have used the font as "AcmeFont", Font size 700pt, and font color RGB value 218,165,32.
Step #6:
Now right click on the text layer thumbnail and select "Blending Option" for apply the effect on the text.
Step #7:
Select and Click "Bevel & Emboss". Select the style "Inner Bevel", Technique "Chisel Hard", Depth "100", Direction "Up", Size "125", Soften "0", Angle "120 degree", Gloss Contour as first row 2nd element, Highlight Mode "Vivid Light", Opacity "75%", Shadow Mode "Multiply", Opacity "75%". This setting can be change depend on your text or style.
Step #8:
Select and check "Contour". select countour as 2nd row 1st element and opacity 50%.
Step #9:
Select and check "Texture". and select patter as "Pattern 1" and scale "180". Adjust the scale as you want to be realistic.
Step #10:
Select and check "stroke". size "4px", Position "Outside", Blend Mode "Normal", Fill Type "Gradient".
step #11:
Click on the gradient panel. and set the color in the gradient panel is as like this,
Step #12:
In gradient panel, first set RGB value 45,32,13 in position 0%, set RGB value 200,168,66 in position 25%, set RGB value 45,32,13 in position 50%, set RGB value 200,168,66 in position 75%, set RGB value 45,32,13 in position 100%.
Step #13:
Set the angle in 90 degree.
Step #14:
Select and check "Inner Shadow". Select Blend Mode "Multiply", Opacity "75%", Angle "146 degree", Distance "0", Choke "0", Size "67".
Step #15:
Select and check "Drop Shadow". Select Blend Mode "Multiply", Opacity "75%", Distance "50", Spread "0", Size "38".
Step #16:
After done this, click ok. Congratulation, your Golden Text Effect is ready.
Step #17:
Now time to create "Smart Object" for this effect. Select the layer and click Layer, Smart Object, Convert to Smart Object. Your layer is now converted into a smart Object.
Step #18:
Now you can change this effect text as you want. just double on the text layer then text will be open in a new layer. Change the latter as u want and press ctrl+s to save this text. Now go to the main file then, you can see the change. Your typed text has been converted into the golden text effect.
Step #19:
Now you can save this file as Photoshop format by the file, save.
Step #20:
Now you can save this style as an image using File, "Save for web". And select the image extension whatever you want.

Golden bar Text Effect is really eye catching style. You can use this style in various purposes like business card and any other else.
