How to limit internet bandwidth using NetLimiter 4 on windows 10
In this video, I will gonna show you how to control internet bandwidth on remote user using NetLimiter 4 on windows 10.

NetLimiter - is an ultimate internet traffic control and monitoring tool designed for Windows.
Step 1: Download and Install Netlimiter on your Local PC.
Step 2: Go to the remote PC where your want to control and monitor thier internet traffics and install Netlimiter 4 on administrator account.
Note: make sure you have administrator account privelege.
After the installation:
Set the port 4045 from Inbound and Outbound firewall rules.
Go to Netlimiter Tools , Option and Remote Connect and check the TCP port 4045 to listen for remote connections.
Step 3: Connect from your local PC to remote PC using Netlimiter 4 application.
Congratulations! You can now control the limit bandwidth or also block the internet of the target remote PC.
