Scamming a Scammer (Texting a Scammer - Replying to a Scammer - Scammer caught phone text message scam)
What happens when you reply to a scammer? A scammer trying to buy an item I was selling on Kijiji, texted me and tried to pay me through PayPal. I wasted a bunch of their time and the conversation was hilarious!
If you get a text something like this:
Ill like to purchase this package and you'll help me post it to My Son in oversea as a gift Want you to no this is my first time doing something like this...... so Ill be offering you $800 for the package and $200 for the postage since its in good condition,i hope this is not scam cuz your assurance means a lot to me, and also do you have a PayPal account 🙂?
