DIY fence foundation
I'll show you how to make a foundation for a fence with your own hands. The procedure for constructing a foundation for a corrugated fence is as follows:
First you need to mark the location of the future fence foundation using two cords and pegs.
Digging holes for supports and foundation strip. The depth of the strip foundation, in my case, is 30 centimeters, the width is 20 centimeters. The supports go 1 meter into the ground.
The supports are installed on spacers and leveled.
The fence supports are filled with concrete to the level of the foundation pit. Then you need to wait for the concrete to completely harden and continue working.
The formwork is laid in the tape. The reinforcement cage is laid in such a way that it does not reach 2-3 cm from the edges of the foundation on all sides. This will avoid metal corrosion. Concrete is poured in layers of 15 centimeters and joined with reinforcement or worked with a deep vibrator to expel all air bubbles from it. After 12 hours, the concrete is moistened and covered with film. Thus, you should wait for the concrete to gain strength in accordance with its brand, periodically watering the concrete with water to prevent cracking.
After 7 days, it is necessary to remove the formwork and continue installing the corrugated fence.
