A step-by-step guide on how to add models from the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), File Manager and other Common Data Environments (CDEs) to Plannerly. To connect to ACC, users must install the Plannerly add-on to their ACC admin account. Once installed, users can access all hubs and projects they have permissions for. They can connect to the desired project, open the folders and connect to a model(s). This will load the model into the browser, and start the indexing process. Connecting directly to ACC ensures that all versions on the Autodesk cloud are synchronized to Plannerly automatically for checking.

We also cover how to add models from Plannerly’s File Manager, emphasizing that synchronized folders from other CDEs can be connected. This allows files from various tools to be checked within Plannerly's Verify module.

Each model and task has specific rules within Plannerly to connect information requirements to the model elements for automatic checking.

A more detailed explanation will be available in the ADVANCED course.
