In this video learn how to create paper palm leaves - the ideal accompaniment to a design! In this arrangement we use just the palms to create a frame for the flowers, and then add standard carnations and filler for a massed design.
So, you don’t always need greenery or foliage! This design is modern but pretty and will make an eye catching design for any area.
