Vienna Ensemble Pro is one of the most powerful programs a composer/musician can have in their arsenal. VEP is a powerful hosting platform for sample libraries, audio plugins, and pre-mixing. This can allow for streamlined workflows, very large music templates, and seamless transitions between sessions. In this video, I give my two cents on why this program should be a part of your tools as a professional. Also, I share some of the downsides of using a program of this caliber. This program can be quite complex for a beginner, and basic networking and audio routing experience may make the process of using a program like this a lot easier to get started on. Especially in a multi-computer setup.
