I will show how to connect a domain to a hosting package using DNS records. What you do is you login to your Name.com account, and you're here on your domain dashboard. You'll click on My Products, and then from there, may get some alerts, if you haven't set everything up. You wanna click on your Hosting, and then your Name.com hosting, as long as you have the main server set to Name.com you can manage your DNS records directly from there. So what you'll want to do is you'll want to come down here. You've got your DNS Management, and you'll want to click on this and then choose the domain name that you want. And when you first add your domain name to the Name.com hosting, it will automatically add this MX record for you. But in order for either your email to work or your website to work, you're going to have to also attach your A records. So you'll click Show DNS Templates. And the first section is the one you want, it's Name.com Web Hosting. And you click Update DNS Records, and there you go. It's connected now. The MX record knows where to go to find the emails, and it also knows, your domain knows, where to find your website, and you should be all set.
