Lavalier is an essential microphone for any filmmaker. Almost every microphone manufacturer makes several models of lavs, which renders right lav selection quite difficult. Like many of you, I also have wasted money over a number of not so great lavs from some big brand names. Few months ago at NAB 2013 Las Vegas show, I was wowed by the live demo of a pair of Countryman lavaliers. In this video, I will share them with you.
