LottieFiles has released an update where you can export your animation/prototypes as a GIF within Figma.
In this video, I showed how you can do a loading animation and export the same as a GIF to use in your projects.

How it works!
1. Install the LottieFiles for Figma plugin: https://www.figma.com/community/plugi...
2. Log in/Register for your Lottie account.
3. Navigate to the "Export to Lottie" tab on the LottieFiles plugin
4. Select the prototype flow which you want to animate.
Now it'll be animated and you can insert it as a GIF.
