Panama City Panama Travel Vlog + Bar Crawl + JW Marriott Hotel
Welcome or welcome back to another travel vlog. This time we are in beautiful Panama City, Panama and showing you the beautiful luxury hotel we were able to stay in for 5 dyas 4 nights at a very affordable price compared to other places we have visited.
Located in the financial district on the shores of Punta Pacifica, the JW Marriott is a beautiful hotel. The hotel is large, with over 60 floors. The JW Marriott offers an amazing view of the skyline and has one of the most beautiful resort style pools I have visited in a while.
The hotel is located only about 15minutes from the Casco district which is the old town of Panama City. This travel vlog features things to do in Panama so be sure to subscribe and turn on your post notifications so that you can continue to catch my travel and lifestyle vlogs
The hotel has a beautiful see-through glass elevator with an amazing view of the city. You can upgrade your room to get access to the club lounge which offers a full breakfast daily along with drinks throughout the day and appetizers and desserts at night.
ROOM
The rooms are spacious and very clean. There are double sinks with nice lighting and plenty of counter space. There is a beautiful large soaking tub that sits in the middle of the room surrounded by a curtain. The room also has a rainhead shower and separate door to the commode. There is a coffee station with tea setup to help you get moving for the day. The room also has alcoholic beverages and snacks stocked in the room as well as a fridge fully stocked with cold beverages. Keep in mind these items aren’t complimentary but they do leave complementary water in the room. You also have a plush robe and slippers as well as a very spacious closet.
BALCONY
The balcony has a spectacular view overlooking the pool area as well as a partial view of the ocean and city.
ROOM SERVICE
We ordered room service a few times while here. The food arrived quickly, still hot and beautifully presented on a table.
ART
The hotel is beautifully decorated with elaborate art pieces. The lighting is good during the day but if you are looking for photo opps I suggest bringing a flash or some sort of artificial light
LOBBY
The lobby at the main entrance if beautifully decorated as well and has a throughway to the outside restaurants as well as a small convenience store which carried food items, alcoholic beverages etc… This area featured quite a few businesses.
CASINO
Adjacent to the hotel is the ocean sun casino. The casino is open 24hrs and has a 75000sq ft gaming space featuring 600 gaming machines and 37 table games. I was not impressed by the casino but there was another major attraction here.
ROOFTOP
THE PANAVIERA SKY BAR. This casino features a beautiful rooftop bar (the panaviera) located on the 66th floor. The Panaviera s the highest rooftop bar in Central America. There was a beautiful infinity pool and breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean and Panama City. The menu offered both small and large bites and shareables, as well as a wide selection of drinks. There is VIP area seating at the edge of the infinity pool overlooking the city which you have access to as long as you spend $40 at the time of this video. There wasn’t many people initially but as the night went on there was a lively crowd with live music playing.
POOL
As soon we walked through these doors, the camera began to steam up. The weather was beautiful. The pool area was absolutely amazing giving that resort like feel. There were four separate pool areas. Two infinity pools overlooking the water and two that were surrounded by cabanas and lounge chairs. There is a pool bar with really good food as well.
