How to Install Brushes and Patterns for Photoshop CC 2020+
1- In Photoshop open the Patterns Panel (Window ---- Brushes)
2- Open the fly-out menu and choose Import brushes... from the list.
3- Locate your .pat file on your hard drive.
4- Click Open to install (Load).
