Goto Task manager - Performance - CPU : Virtualization -Enabled
if it disabled
Goto BIOS setting - Virtualization change Disable to Enable
Goto BIOS setting / UEFI settings
Win 10 - Win - Setting - Update and Security - Recovery - Advanced Startup -Restart Now
