June 6, 1944. Formed only a few months before the Normandy landings, the SS Hitlerjugend division is considered today as the most formidable adversary that the Allies had to face in the northwest of Europe.
These soldiers of the "Young Guard" put up a solid resistance in the battles of the Second World War.
