Can pantyhose be worn casually? Of course! I find that when I am thinking of an outfit to wear pantyhose with, I always start to think about elaborate date attire or a nice dress. But I often find myself just wearing a cozy skirt and top with some soft pantyhose. This video was fun to make as usual!
