The hype surrounding version 4.6 is real, and the main reason for that is obviously Arlecchino. In this video, we are going to discuss the 4.6 banners, along with the 4-star characters who might be featured on those banners.
Starting with Arlecchino. According to recent data from the 4.6 beta, Arlecchino will appear in the first phase. I previously mentioned that she would appear in phase 2, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. It's pretty much confirmed since she's the only new character who'll be released in the upcoming patch. The 4.6 beta is slowly coming to an end, and Arlecchino has gone through several changes during this period, but she is looking good so far, and I'm definitely getting her at least C0 R1. Alongside Arlecchino, Lyney will be getting his long-awaited rerun. He was released in version 4.0, so it's high time he got his first rerun banner. He's an on-field single-target DPS character, and if you like using bow characters, then you should totally go for him.
Moving on to the four-star characters on these two banners, Lynette and Freminet will most likely appear. As for the third four-star character, it could either be Bennett or Chevreuse. Both of these characters last appeared on the second half banners of version 4.3, but Chevreuse has better chances of appearing compared to Bennett. The reason for saying this is Arlecchino's kit. If you're familiar with Arlecchino's kit, you'll understand its relation to overload reactions, making Chevreuse the ideal candidate for her banner.
Phase two banners of 4.6 are not too bad either, as Wanderer and Baizhu are expected to get their rerun banners. Wanderer has had his rerun only once last year, back in version 3.8, so his banner shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. However, I can't say the same thing for Baizhu.
Baizhu's last rerun was in version 4.2, alongside Furina's release, so I think it's way too early for him to return. There are plenty of characters who haven't had their rerun in a long time, such as Shenhe and Alhaitham. But there's nothing we can do about it, so yeah, he's coming on the banners again.
As for the four-star characters on phase two banners, Kaveh has to be there. I mean, what is Hoyoverse even thinking? He has not appeared on any banners since his release in phase two of 3.6 alongside Baizhu. So if Baizhu is coming back, Kaveh has to be there. As for the other two four stars, Layla & Heizhou are expected to appear. Again, these two haven't appeared on any banners in a long time either. In fact, they previously appeared on the 3.6 and 3.7 banners, so please, Hoyoverse, let me C6 my Heizhou.
There are no leaks or rumors about the chronicled banner because there won't be any chronicled wish in 4.6. The third banner will only appear in dead patches like the current one, so the next chronicled wish banner will be in version 4.7.
