How I Cleared My Skin ( & the inner journey)
In this video, I wanted to share my acne struggles and how I cleared my skin! I have always been generally skeptical of topical creams and prescriptions given out by doctors after a 10-minute consultation, however, my dermatologist really cared and the products I used helped my skin so much. I do think I was detoxing and that was the cause of my breakouts. The cleansers and products helped to take care of things on the surface but I also had to nurture the root of the cause. I started being kinder to myself, allowing myself to feel love, eating a variety of leafy greens and committing to daily yoga and breathwork. everything is intricately connected.
