Escape from Tarkov | How many CPU Cores do we need? | Boost FPS and DISABLE Hyperthreading!
How many cores do we really need for Escape from Tarkov? I've done a mix of tests between Offline and Online raids at 1440p, why 1440p? I personally play on 1440p and as this is becoming the new standard I was curious on how this game scales with Cores and Hyperthreading.

The difference between the amount of Cores was not as high in Offline mode as I thought at first but in Online you will notice a difference. Hyperthreading should be OFF for sure(intel based testing). I will re-do this video soon with the new intel 14gen CPU's and I will limit my testing to Online raids only!

-Disable fullscreen optimizations: https://i.imgur.com/fSHLeae.png
(To do this go to: C:\Battlestate Games\EFT , Right click on EscapeFromTarkov , Properties , Compatibility , Select Disable fullscreen optimizations , Click Change high DPI settings , select Override high dpi scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application.)
