Tick the box of Remove Duplicates Mail based on the To, From, Subject, BCC, Body option to remove the duplicate emails from selected folders.
Next, you can use Mail Filter to filter the files of a particular date range.

In some moments, your OST data files are migrated to your Office 365 account and a log file is generated.
At last, You can click on the Download Report to download this log file for future purposes.
Now, your OST data files or safely transferred to your Office 365 account. You can access these files by Sign-in to your Office 365 account.
