Hi guys! Ruby here with our first HALLOWEEN makeup tutorial for 2013!! We have a lot of Halloween makeup tutorials that you guys can check out. This look was inspired by this costume I seen at Party City which is a ghoulish and scary Victorian Ghost Bride. You guys can do this makeup for any type of ghost though :D Enjoy! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
