🍴Ingredients
10-12 medium sized potatoes (or larger in smaller sizes; large ones are best not used for this recipe)
80-100 g melted or melted butter
a few sprigs of dill and parsley (or any greens of your choice)
50-70 g vegetable oil (I use extra virgin olive oil)
2-3 tsp lemon juice
2 garlic pieces
salt and pepper
