Lawmakers release details of NEW expanded child tax credit
A bipartisan nearly $80 billion tax deal was released by House & Senate Republican and Democrat lawmakers today. This overarching tax plan includes lots of provisions (which I talked about in this video) but it also includes an expanded child tax credit. However, it's probably not what most parents were hoping for. This video runs down what is being proposed.
IMPORTANT: this is ONLY a proposal and there is a LONG WAY to go before this gets passed and these items could still change.
