Reddit made me do it: Gamificiation of an app
In this video, I take on a challenge inspired by a Reddit post to build a task tracker app and gamify it using PowerApps. With no prior preparation, I walk you through the entire process of creating the app from scratch. We’ll explore how to set up a simple task list, allow users to log their completed tasks, and assign points to those tasks, turning the experience into a fun, competitive game.
You’ll see how I implement key features like task logging, dynamic point updates, and even a scoreboard to track user progress. I’ll also demonstrate how to leverage PowerApps’ capabilities to capture and visualize data efficiently.
